CSF Beteiligungs GmbH is a German limited liability company (GmbH) with its seat in Friesoythe. Our main business is real estate: we acquire, sell, lease and manage property, and we take part in companies that operate in the same field.
Working on both sides of the market, directly with buildings and through company participations, lets us look at a property from the viewpoint of an owner, a landlord and a shareholder. Each role asks for a different kind of attention, and we try to bring all three to every project.
Beyond holding shares, we can also act as a full partner (general partner) in other companies without contributing capital to them. This gives partners a way to organise a real estate venture with a clear, accountable party at its centre.

Discuss a projectProperty acquisition
We buy real estate for our own portfolio. This covers reviewing the property, its location and its legal and technical condition, and negotiating terms with sellers in a straightforward way.
Property sales
When a property no longer fits our portfolio, or when we act for a partner company, we prepare and carry out the sale. We aim for clear documentation and an orderly handover to the buyer.
Leasing and rental
We let residential and commercial space and also take property on lease where this suits a project. Our focus is on clear lease terms and a working relationship between landlord and tenant.
Property management
We look after the day-to-day running of real estate: tenant contact, upkeep, service providers and the administrative work around a building, so that it keeps its value and stays in good use.
Participations in real estate companies
We take shares in companies that work in the real estate sector. This lets us support a venture as a shareholder and contribute our experience with property and its management.
Partner roles in other companies
Where a structure needs a general partner, CSF Beteiligungs GmbH can take that role in another company without holding a stake in its capital. Terms are agreed individually and in writing.
